Great video, I just finished my headliner and it looks great thanks to your help, one thing that I would have hoped you included is the measurement for your first cut on the headliner bow sleeves for people like myself who didn't have the original headliner to measure off of.

Hey Mike ! I saw a filmon VW bus production and 2 women and 3 guys put the headliner in a baywindow with the post vinyl in about 5 minutes . but I guess if you do a few hundred thousand of them you get pretty good ? I had used some weldwood red can on my post and the next day after the sun hit then they were on the floor . That's when I got real headliner glue .

Great deal! Did you insulate the roof before? Btw; West Coast Metric is a great source for window scrapers and all the seals and rubber stuff.

I usually like to use the pipe insulation stuff but he didnt have any so we didnt on this one. it was a pretty small roof and would not make much difference on noise. and for heat it really does not do much of anything.

The owner will regret their being cheap and skipping on the frost king roof heat & sound insulation driving that ghia in the Hot summer with no A/C and not enough ventilation in traffic. VW glued Coco mat sheets underneath the headliner.
