Debatible, depends on how you see decadent society If he is as strong as Canon fell Sans, then this trio is stronger (Canon fell is said to even be able to beat Dust Sans) Also, Hardmode is not as weak as many others think, he actually carries KTT in phase 1 (LB and KAB in phase 1 are just a little bit stronger than classic Sans, and hardmode is atleast X2 times stronger than classic) So the power difference between ainavol and hardmode is actually not that big Betrayer not that strong tbh, his phase 1 and 2 are just as strong as classic, his phase 3 would maybe be at LB phase 2 level of power

It seems kind of illogical to me because ainavol has 2 phases so I should have followed until phase 2 of karmatic time backword and in the same oahse 2 hard mode sans appears and in phase 2.5 it is ainavol who saves hard mode sans from dying but without managing to save his eye causing hard mode to lose it and get much angrier because of that and phase 3 happens xd

You know the coolest thing about all this, that hard mode sans survives all the phases with last breath if it's a spoiler but that he survives, which rarely happens that hard mode survives all the phases and the coolest thing is that he gets determination in phase 4 becoming much more powerful
