The emotional vulnerability in your voice warms and entrusts like that of a hearth and fire of where we first huddled together to tell stories, you remind me of that. Sincerity is not to be taken lightly, smart!, use that which cannot be taught :)

Excellent introduction. It's true, Bach's music has so much hidden content that tells a story, and it takes a lot of dedication and hard work to show its real beauty.

It's extremely rare to see a young lady to have so much love for classical music here in US... well never mind you are from Europe and that's why! 🙂

I played piano all my life not with this skill level but still have a love for all classical and instrumental music. In my opinion only about 2.5%-5% of people can even comprehend the mind behind the music and develop a visual story in their head. That's why 200 years later we still listen to it.

I'm an amateur (I play as a hobby) classical pianist and I stumbled upon this channel from your partita. I was very surprised, I assumed I'd found another amateur based on the subscriber count. But it's pretty clear from your playing you're a professional pianist, you play delightfully. I was then very stunned I could find no other information about you, but it appears maybe your career is young and just starting. I'm guessing this is also your personal channel. Anyway just thought I'd share some words of encouragement, I look forward to seeing you progress far in your career. I really enjoyed your Waldstein, I only wish I could play it as well. Keep it up!

you’re very right , bach is a mind that till this day people are struggling to understand the meaning behind his music or even just how he wrote music such as 5 voice fugues. congratulations on being accepted!

Bach, Gould, a Telecaster with humbuckers, something that looks like an ukulele but could easily be a "cavaquinho", violin, resonator, twelve strings and a vitrola....Couldn't be better.

Ako sam nešto krivo shvatio primite moje isprike i svakako Vam želim puno uspjeha u Vašem umjetničkom radu.

There is also a piece named "Ah vous dirais-je Maman," from Mozart... i think one should listen to Mozart's symphonies much more. Regarding composition, Mozart uses much Theme-development-theme, and Beethoven is more dialectic working with opposite themes, but... the developments by Mozart are so fine, alas too short and i'm always sorry to hear them end... while Bach uses more variations, if you think about a fugue, or a Toccata. The development by Mozart is a sort of variation too, exploring new harmonics...
@bwv232 Жыл бұрын
I completely agree with you. I too wish Mozart's developmental sections of his sonatas lasted longer. It is always so interesting to see what direction he decides to take.

Bach can be best understood against, for example Scarlatti. There are no defined stories in Bach, which you could put in words. That's why he composed music, not books.
@bwv2322 жыл бұрын
Thank you for a great point. You're right, music cannot be put into words. It communicates in a different dimension. Even musical notation is not music. It takes a living musician to create (interpret) true music out of mere notes. Music is a different kind of communication. The best music is a story: heart to heart, soul to soul.
