As you said, they're in middle of scaling site, so I assume he used it to stop potential utility from flying in during the take itself. He didn't expect a single person to go for an aggressive peek in a 1vX situation when it's 4v4 and for all we know, the fade could have giving him poor coms and said it was clear or whatever else (he should've heard him from short tbh) It seems pretty obvious from the fact that he's collecting the OP because he is for some reason 100% certain nobody else is on site. Hard to know what happened there without voice coms.

Or at the very least have your gun out.
