Based on this video, I contacted them for roofing a portion of my house. Their response was lethargic. Without even taking a look at the site, the regional sales manager started to say that our strutted will not support. After couple of calls, the person said that he will send someone to take a look at the existing structure. However he now says that he has to get the fabricators from kerala (not sure why he can't get one from bangalore) and tgat he can't take the work as it is less than 800 sqft. This is highly unprofessional. The sense I get is that they are least interested to do business.
