My thoughts on the divorce process followed.. The child is given to lady because lady is more attached m more concerned about him. The man is left free. Isn't it not his responsibility to hand over his share of property to the child. He gave birth n now he is leaving the lady with life time responsibility and stress and duty. All this taht was supposed to be shared will be left to her alone. She will also have burden of society and their judgements at each step. This all has to be considered. The man has to give part of his property to child and also the monthly or one time allowance whixh also covers the higher education the food and staying and clothing and also mental wellbeing expenses. Tell me one child who doesn't feel missing the normal life when his parents are separated. All this makes him more mature and more prone to face life alone. No paternal family and some maternal family he is left all alone to face it all to build his own circle and family by himself since his dad leaves him. Isn't this all supposed to be taken care by the dad who gave birth to him. The law just asks him to pay some tit bit and leave him free with all his earnings and property so that he can find another one and set another family leaving the 1st one to live on its own. The law should enforce this on the dad if they themselves don't understand this ..
