MNCs came to Bangalore and due to skilled IT talents coming from all over India these companies flourised... many startup companies also became successful because of India IT talent. This would not have been possible without the contribution of people who came to Bangalore from outside. Bangalore is IT hub because of the contribution of outsider as well . District and village wise quota should be allocated ,keeping the reserstion for SC,ST and OBC. Private establishments to report their current requirements and projected requirements to government.government to allote quota wise vaccancy to villages and it will be filled as per the government norms.
