superb sambar recipe 👍 I really loved the way u explained it with so much clarity ❤ if u don't mind , let me give a slight variation of recipe for making this sambar -- we can add 3 or 4 pepper corns for the masala ; we can add a pinch of salt & boil the vegetables in tamarind water to remove the raw taste of the tamarind ; we can also add menthya seeds along with mustard & curry leaves while seasoning ;

I am Mysore Karnataka. Dhaniya is a Must and Jeera Should Not be Added.
