Great video, I'm a Karnataka fan from Uruguay, South america, I love all their albums but specially Delicate Flame of Desire which is their best in my opinion. Again, great video, but there seem to be some aspect ratio problem, as if the image was streched, probably some movie parts were with black bands for wide screen. Of course I haven't downloaded the high quality version yet. This version however, deserves 5 stars! :D Hopefully you do more of these videos for more songs.

Yes, I edited the song as well - the second verse and half of the guitar solo. I totally hated doing it, but 8 minutes would've been way too long for this video. I really hope you watched the high quality version from my site (www.metalstorm.ee/ivan/pages/video.php) and not the crappy KZbin version :)

Karnataka does not exist in the form as we all remember it. Rachel Jones (the lead Karnataka vocalist) is now in the band named The Reasoning, and AFIK Ian Jones is the only member of the original group who still remains in Karnataka.

The band has changed dramatically a number of times but still making great music. The bassist is the only band member that has remained through the different band changes. I was sad that I discovered the band only after the first line up split up as people relate to this as the "classic band", they made 3 albums as the first band format."Karnataka", "The Storm" and "Delicate Flame of Desire". Karnataka Mk 2 where all band members changed apart from the bassist made the excellent "The Gathering Light" in 2010 still one of my favourites. Then a new drummer, singer and keyboard player for Karnataka Mark 3. the band made the album "Secrets of Angels" in 2015. Then another change to Karnataka Mk 4 with a new band and new album just released this month in June 2023 "Requiem for a Dream" - looking forward to hearing that.

Good job matching the music to the video. Did you splice the song as well? The second verse is missing from the original 10 minute song. If you did, then a good job on that as well. If I also wasnt a fan of Karnataka I wouldnt have picked up the missing part.

A brilliant band with, unfortunately, an ever changing line-up. The earlier ensemble featuring Rachel Jones and Ann-Marie Helder were so tight and musical with their blend of voices and backed by a band of sheer brilliance especially on Strange Behaviour a live recording sounding like a studio effort, brilliantly mastered and finished. I would love to see them together but I don't think that will happen. The musical world has, like me, missed an opportunity to see possibly and rightly a successor to Fleetwood Mac.
