Many people got the meaning of this part in this song wrongly. When it says” govgas hnchag al chmnats” that doesn’t mean that the tashnagtsoutyoun is happy for the disappearance of hnchages from Govgas, it’s the opposite; it says, no one remained in Govgas, even the hnchags, they’re all have been killed, but thanks to God we still have the Tashnagtsoutyoun to defend the Armenian. That’s a sad expression and not happy. Enger Karnig has explained this part many times during his concerts to resolve this misunderstanding but unfortunately, there’s still many people get this wrongly. Tashnagtsutyun can do anything. They can even when the situation seems impossible. Take the example of Mayis 28 1918 or the first Liberation war of Artsakh when Armenians didn't have any weapons. Thanks to Tashnagtsutyun and their strategies we could liberate Artsakh and havr our first independe after centuries.

To your knowledge without dashnakcutyun Armenia is nothing at the moment, I lived half of my life in Lebanon in Armenian community where I was raised as a dashnak with all the love to my homeland Armenia, I came to Armenia and saw the opposite here, where there is no one who talks about the nation or teaches you how to love your homeland there is literally nothing in this country related to loving your homeland when I say nothing I mean it! as for your complain about the song it is not turkish mugham do not be disrespectful please and do not spread false complains, also without the dashnaks we were not going to liberate Artsakh back in the day. I still live in Armenia right now and with this people that live in this country it is impossible to liberate our lands but it is possible to lose more :) also the dashnaks are protecting your nation's right outside in the diaspora without dashnaks Armenian Genocide would be forgotten long time ago in the world even in Armenia
