A nade I use in Numbani is defending point A. Just as you're exiting the spawn through the left door, look at the sun and nade. Lands on top of the payload, IIRC

I just tried this. BEAUTIFUL! To refine it a bit, as you are standing in the doorway, if you put your reticle at the top edge of the sun, it lands smack dab on top of the payload.
