Conducting interviews while out of breath/gasping for air is a terrible idea. You should conduct the interview in the warm up and then post workout. Take a break from the interview with the actual workout and have this trainer, or someone like him, bark orders and challenge Oberg and the interviewee to push themselves so we can see what they are like under pressure. Then recap the exercise and detail how many calories were burnt at the end of the video.
