Even if Kars is a villain with a charisma equivalent to a rock (that's not a joke!), I think his concept is pretty interesting: An ancient sencient semi-imortal warrior being with thousands of years of experience living only to fullfill his most inner desire. Although, I think that if Kars wanted become the Ultimate Life Form for wipe out mankind and restore the old world order, where there is not humans and their negative interference in the planet, He certainly would be a more interesting villain.
