As per Kartiks answer at the end for what his future slate is looking like we can infer that he will become a Hrikhit Roshan Aamir Khan type actor who only releases a movie every 2 years or so instead of his usual 2 movies a year which is disappointing too hear . His hype and buzz will go down naturally if he doesn’t come as often on the big screen , looks like he has bailed on PPAW2 and Sooraj Bhartajyas next film too , and Luv is not casting him in PKP3 as he wants a fresh new cast , So aside from his cameo in DDPD2 next year we will only see him in Anurag Basus love story , and then likely he will wait for bigger scale projects like Hritikh Roshan and Aamir do , looks like Chandu Champion and BB3 really took a toll on him mentally and physically, he does seem burnt out which naturally one would be .
