Thank you for this ragam, which I had not paid much attention to. I am familiar with north Indian raga-s with a KaruNa rasam predominance -- KomaL r^shabh asAvari, BilAskhani tOdi, Jaunpuri, Gurjari Todi, etc. Now I see that Mukhari also helps with KaruNa rasam and has a healing quality in times of distress, if my experience can be trusted.
