that up ward elbow (3:00) and then that little smile from the referee (8:54).. most likely he already knew who would win and he too was a big Karuhat fan.. how could it not be.. the man is a Legend..

one of my favourite muay thai fight from the golden era.. Karuhat was so calm and accurate.. so slow and confidente in his ability and in his unreadable and lethal shots.. this fight is a true artwork.. he's so aesthetic in his movement that I could watch it for hours.. without calculating all the initial disadvantage it has in terms of height, weight and reach.. easy one of the best prospect in history of this sport.. his fight I.Q. was totally insane..
the tall guy loves the clinch but he just gets owned by those NASTY elbows! Probably should've stay behind the jab?

It ain't boxing, no one "stays behind the jab" in muay thai. Poor tall guy. Short guy was really, really good.

Diem Sky it's not like you cant box tho, the punch doesnt magically become useless, lamnamoon had enough reach advantage that his jab is probably as long as Karuhats teep, it's just his game is the knees and karuhat found an answer

@@Epig420When you jab, you are open to the right roundhouse kick. As a former Muay Thai champ and a Muay Femur like Karuhat, he would exploit the jab. In this video, it shows to me that he was much faster than Lamnammoonlek and more technical as well. His kicks, Teep and elbows were his forte. Just like him, I would work outside with teep and kicks, for the inside I would use elbows. As a natural ambidextrous guy like him, he could cut the ring easily against the guy who used only knees.
