I have a couple of resources for you that I believe will help you a lot. First, there’s a KZbin channel called Dr Virtual. There are some hard core psychic attack vids and more. Second, I just learned of a trauma healing modality called Rapid Release Technique. A man named Jon Connely, whom I think created the modality and goes on zoom every Monday afternoon and helps people for free. You just raise your hand and he’ll get to you. You also benefit by seeing others being healed. It’s quick and painless. You can also work with him personally. Maybe if you’re able to fully disconnect, he won’t have access to you. I’m sorry you’re going through that. I know narcissism is no joke. It can cut deep. I hope these two resources are helpful.
