Bhai... you will realize soon... Infrastructure in Goa is another level. Once my electricity went off in July n was restored after Aug 15th... Pumping water without electricity is a challenge. I have two houses in Goa... One is a villa on Candolim beach and another one is near Mapusa city... You sound exactly like me when I quit my job and took up entrepreneurship. Wish you all the best.

Goa has got everything to give. What i think is you all must create "festive season" twice a year as open mic. It will be add on to Sunburn like thing. Not as much crowded but in different ways.
