Firstly, this is from personal experience can differ from person to person. Karunya Is a Christian institution. There is a lot of belives and prayers. You might have seen Christian prayers in tv where people do Bands with lots of noise . You can expect something like that here. Hostel and clg has these prayer routines. Pls go only if you are mentally prepared to face these. Infrastructure and education is good only . Talking about hostel rooms there is a lot of monkey problem there. You have to close your room always. You can see monkeys on your clothes everywhere. The rooms are not so upto the mark. Food is very good. Don't fall into campus placement scam. You'll tend to lose you mind with these beliefs. (PS : i am not against any believes) This is purely a personal experience where my sis had to take tc after 2 weeks.

Please please don't join karunya it's a jail , hostel is not good , food in hostel is poor , restrooms are not clean , warden will borrow your phone and check your private details every month. Where college is like a jail , staffs have zero knowledge, Alfonse Raj will treat students like slaves if you don't obey his words he'll borrow your phone and won't give it back, a maths staff named hepziba is very strict and she won't take class and if you asked why then I'll will reduce your marks . In karunya you have to wear lab uniform each and every day so it's like a school. The university is very strict and passing in exams is almost impossible. One more important thing in karunya you have to walk atleast 10km everyday

Karunya is not in the 100. SRM is within 50, Amrita is within 50, Kalasalingam is there, VIT is there, many colleges are in the list. Karunya is thrown out of the list. The students need not study at all. They will give exam questions in the class and you will pass. Even then, some students fail. For them, there is re-exam, re-re-exam, until they pass. Don't expect placements. If you want to study here, know how to pray. Don't study.

this university is the worst. paul dinakaran made one cheating fellow as the registrar. he back-stabbed many good professors. he makes students stand outside the exam hall if there is a delay in fees. very cunning people. money is the only motive. many youngsters lost their peace of mind and precious years of their life. it is another jail. they start many degree courses and close them in the next year saying admission is not there. like that, EEE is closed, civil is closed, EIE is closed. Mechanical, Forensic Sciecne and to be closed soon. If ou join here, you may be the last batch for your course. soon it will be changed as karunya university of computer engineering. but don think computer science is great. only 60% admissions. they always talk about facilities because when new people enter the campus, they wont' know the lab instruemtns will not be given to students for training. most of them are not working. only 2% of staff know stuff in all the departments. others are waste. but good teachers also will be terminated soon to save salary. paul dinakaran is in one corner and do not care about the university. some fellows who cheat paul take over karunya and spoil. worst management. the college will spoil thousandsof students life
