Minus the commentary, this demonstration with 10 cards each is about half the length of this video, meaning a full game could be about an hour (approximately 10 minutes for 10 cards) for 50 cards

What happened at 18:58? I'm guessing the leftmost player didn't actually touch the card, the rightmost player thought she did, and then left player quickly tried to touch it again before her opponent realized the mistake? And then what happened at 22:40? (this one I really don't know, since her opponent didn't react at all)

At 18:58 you're correct, it was Karaburi, which is basically just a swing and a miss. At 22:40 it looks to me like they just both forgot the card "Oku" was over there.

when they smack away a decent amount of cards do they have to put them back in the exact order that they were in before?

Yes usually, but you know your own side, it's something you planned, the positioning is part of your strategy. So you should be able to put them back in order.. and when it's the other side, you give the cards back to them and they replace their own side. You can move cards between rounds, but you must always clearly say it to the opponent so they know and can memorize the change. It can't be a sneaky "I placed it back somewhere else and hope they don't notice"

do you know why this game never would be played here in the western world or here in germany? We dont play games where you have to sit on the ground. We play only games sitting on a chair. Western bones woulndt endure 5 minutes of such a game.
