Reid and Babyface produced it, so the song literally would not have existed without them, however Karyn made it the best song it could be.... Her vocals were top class and she absolutely killed it. Between the songwriting, production and her vocals, it was the perfect record. And to be fair, she does get the most credit given her name is on the front of every CD, record and cassette that was sold. And also, on various streaming media and this KZbin video. While many would know it's another LA & Babyface jam, there's also probably many who dont...lots of people don't care about that stuff. They are just interested in the singer.
