I remember hearing this song for the first time seven years ago. It seems like I haven't been with the vocalsynth fandom for that long. I remember the day I became part of this fandom. Hearing this cover with Teto's updated voicebanks makes me so happy, and hearing Defoko and Momo in the end was enough to bring me to tears. I think they layered it over top and just quickly raised opacity. or they used a crossfade/cross-dissolve in their editing program to just make the transition between the drawings smoother. (this is like a year late, so probably not all that useful anymore ^^;)

Ok, so, I’ve posted comments on here every now and then when I’ve reached a milestone, just because I didn’t expect this cover to get the amount of views it has gotten, and I’m so happy that it has since I put alot of work and soul into it! But, I’ve thought about it all, and what actually makes me the MOST happy is seeing all these comments from all you guys out there who are just like me, big fans of Teto and UTAU - some long-time like me, and some newer ones - and the heartwarming stories and thoughts that my cover managed to make you think about and share with everyone here. All these feelings of nostalgia, hope, memories, etc... These are all things that I connect to Teto, UTAU, Vocaloid and songs like this one, and I wanted to celebrate all of that when I made this cover. I may not be the most famous, talented UTAU creator out there and the few videos I’ve put up so far may not be super flashy and all, I’m just a big Teto fan who wanted to do something for her anniversary that felt special, to me. Because of this, I feel really thankful that my cover still got noticed, that my message really went through, and that it was able to bring some of us guys together like this ❤️ May Teto continue being able to bring all of you happiness the way she does to me!

WELLLL, bet you’ve all heard about the SUPER exciting Synthesizer V Teto news, I still can’t believe it!! Our daughter is growing so much!! Alright, so. I know this is a question that’ll be brought up, so I thought I’d address it directly: If anyone’s wondering, NO, I’m not gonna make a SynthV version of this song. I’m more than happy with my cover, I never made it to sound ”realistic” or anything like that, i just wanted to make it very… ”me”, or something like that I guess. I wanted to make a simple, clear cover using Teto’s normal VCV voicebank, with my own personal tuning. And I feel like I succeded ❤ Besides, in my opinion, nothing can ever beat the original, and is still the superior version! Mimirobo is a true genius, you should really check out their other work too. Don’t be sad, though! I *am* gonna get my hands on SV Teto, but I’m also not gonna stop using UTAU Teto either. I already got tons of plans and ideas for covers for both of them, so stay tuned 😎✨ Lastly, once again, thank you for all the love for my cover. I had mixed emotions while listening to this, nostalgia, joy, pain... I was fourteen years old when I discovered Teto and I have loved her since, at that time I was in such a happy moment of my life, all of my family members were alive and I had a lot of good friends, who cared about me, but I grew up, became an adult, and all of that went lost, my family gets smaller and smaller every year and of all those friends I have none left.
