I might be wrong but when you calculated the distance of the gk dash you counted from where the valkyrie's tile was and not the tile of the gk was when it was attacking the valkyrie.

Kash please try a deck with a mortar+fisherman combo. You can let troops walk into the mortars blind spot, and pull troops out with fisherman, so mortar can safely lock onto the tower. I have done some experimenting and it seems to work well, I just am not sure what the best support units are.

Try royal hogs+guards+archers+mirror+goblin barrels+arrows+valkery+royal ghost. If possible dont show your enemy either the royal hogs or goblin barrel till 2x elixer if its possible to do that with mirror as well the mirrored hogs will confuse rhem and i usually win
