In this special presentation of The Lallantop "Kasheer", Rajat Sain and Roohani bring you the story of a generation which finds itself lagging behind in this 21st century. The story of Kashmir, or Kasheer as the locals call it, changed drastically when on 5th August 2019 Article 370 was abrogated to take away the special status of Jammu-Kashmir and convert it into a Union Territory. Home Minister Amit Shah explained this act as a necessary step towards solving multiple issues faced by Kashmir which include but are not limited to terrorism, violence, and instability. His proposal was met with stern opposition and questions including the noted politician Ghulam Nabi Aazad, but the move was brought into action immediately.
It has been two years since that fateful day. Team Lallantop goes into the villages of Kashmir and finds out the ground reality. The status of education system, which was poignantly mentioned by Amit Shah in his speech, still lies in doldrums. Students explain how difficult it is for them to achieve education in such circumstances. Come watch how living in a conflict zone affects the ones confined to it. Find out what happens to literacy, social norms, and mental health of citizens living in such areas. Come, take a walk with the future and find out where their story is headed. Summary of above vdo: Covid-19, eventual Lockdown, Online Classes, Poor Internet. does any of above things have anything related to Abrogation of 370. you could hv made same vdo in any Hill state of India they also hv same problems. I m at 20:23 for last 20 minutes I m watching the story which is nothing Different from story of Students of Many Parts of our India.( apart from usual Victimhood rants of 'Oppressed & Fearful Kashmiris' ) Basically It is Life of Kashmiri Student under Covid19. Same Story happen here in Districts of Jammu Division as well. You could have made same vdo with same content here in any district of Jammu Division but we don't rant abt Victimhood or don't subtly push Hatred against India.(which Leftist Media usually look for) or shld I just blindly believe (as the documentary makers r tried to do ) that Modi Govt. or India is oppressing Kashmiris Students and purposefully neglecting them.

No online school from 2020 to 2021 cause of no internet . So despite other country when their kids can attend online school kashmir student couldn’t. Yes due agree there are some part in Uttarakhand as well Ladakh where network is issue .

Govt should do something for network issues in kashmir.. Students are attending classes in jungle for network.. It's not safe actually especially for girls.. Few observations after watching this: 1) Govt could have done more but considering Kashmir to be a very old issue ,revoke of 370 has nothing to do with the problem these kids are facing… 2) COVID also played its role , kids worldwide are facing this issue with online education. It’s COVID so children worldwide has suffered. Same Story happen here in Districts of Jammu Division as well. You could have made same vdo with same content here in any district of Jammu Division but we don't rant abt Victimhood or don't subtly push Hatred against India.(which Leftist Media usually look for) or shld I just blindly believe (as the documentary makers r tried to do ) that Modi Govt. or India is oppressing Kashmiris Students and purposefully neglecting them.

@@AamirKhan-gv8oh Having Problem doesn't mean there is no progress & development at all. Do ppl have same problem in Srinagar, Jammu or any other area with Good connectivity. Even my area have very good Internet connectivity but some of my frnds don't hv good internet. If Lallantop had covered my area , They could have shown other side as well. Showing one sided story doesn't mean Honest reporting. 2ndly is this due to Abrogation of 370.

But my point is it has got nothing to relate with 370. What if there was no covid & these students would have been going to regular school, then what would Lallantop had shown in documentary. This is as I said a Documentary on Student's life under covid. With a usual subtle covering of Anti-India, false victimhood & Anti-Amendment agenda(bcz in reality article is not completely abrogated but Amended.) This vdo documentary is small part of larger agenda.Subtle way of Narrative building & controlling perception. This is how Left Ecosystem work.This is decades old tried & tested theory.Nothing new.
