Kashmir To Kanyakumari Cycling 2023

Kashmir To Kanyakumari is a dream ride for all cyclists. Many have done this in groups or as solo with a support team i.e., with a recovery vehicle, spare cycle, mechanic, physiologist, etc, but very few have done this as an unsupported . For us, it was a challenging and tough ride as 2 members were more than 70 years of age,1 member 66 years and me 52 years. Food and stay were arranged spontaneously enroute. We carried with us bare minimum clothes, three spare tubes, a tool kit, 4 cycle pumps.
Kashmir to Kanyakumari National Highway 44 is the longest highway route in India. This route comprises of mixed terrains & climate. Riding in this scenic route is a herculean task & a dream come true ride for any Cyclist who is a passionate endurance rider.
It has been called the journey of Extra Ordinary,The Ride of Glory and what not. A grueling journey that stretches through a distance of 3870 kms of riding from the Northen most state of India "Kashmir" to the Southern most tip of India " Kanyakumari" We crossed 12 states and could feel the warmth, support and motivation of people to complete our adventurous ride.
We also saw various monuments,tasted awesome foods and saw various culture of our Bharat.
It was really an “INCREDIBLE RIDE THROUGH INCREDIBLE INDIA….”

What a great work by all of you. i am 37 years old and wanted to do road trips, but i always had a feeling that i am too old to do these kind of journeys, but after watching the video where people are doing this at 70,74 years of age it inspired me a lot .i will remember all of you for my life time.
