32 years since their exodus, Pandits of Kashmir valley are yet to be rehabilitated. Steps by subsequent governments haven't yielded desired results. Few of the families who chose to come back after opting for government packages meant for their rehabilitation are leading a life of uncertainty and insecurity. The sudden surge in targeted killings of Pandits by militants has not only jolted government's plans but also triggered widespread fear among Pandits who are threatening to leave the valley, once again.
