If this is the situation, then how the society will develop and evolve gradually. India is the biggest democracy in the world. But from starting it has its own set problems, set backs, like poverty, hunger, communal issues, unemployment, social inequalities, lack of education, lack of infrastructures, natural disasters etc. But here most of the citizens, strongly believes in secularism & democratic process of the country. In reality these two are the threads that are binding India as one unity in diversity. This faith in majority of the society, keeps India going & steadily developing. The majority of the peoples here are the Hindus & it is the testimony that Hindus are universally secular in nature & believes in the institutions of democracy. Unlike Pakistan, Indians accepts their own history & culture. But they never considered the barbaric tyrant plunderers Turks, Mughals, Afghans are there own heros. If religion is the only basis of creating a new nations, then, why Bangladesh separated ? Then how after division of Punjab & Bengal during British rule, still maintaining their indigenous culture ? Then how a part of Kashmir, Gilgit agency became a separate state in Pakistan ? Then how the part of Kashmir, that Pakistan handed over to China, remain so silent ? So, Kashmir is not an isolated case.
