Atleast KPDCL was not ready to such technical change. Customers face errors while trying to recharge, The App takes days to update the recharge, The App won't update the account balance for weeks.

Mr director give 24×7 power as u said,before putting smart meters ,dont give us explaination about dry season,u can get it from outside state.think properly before u speak u cant rely on dry or wet season.
