Some don't believe in any paradise or hell. So "Swargam" isn't consensual among Hindus, even if it means the same thing among most of them. Kashmir nickname of "Jannat" (even if debated) find it source in a specific reference from a Mughal emperor who qualifies as it in his poem. It's to this reference all writers, poets, etc. besides religious division, always referred to. It's not a random name given like that to Kashmir Valley. Kashmir as the "Jannat" of that Mughal emperor, and of the many people who are found of that land besides their own religion, ethnic or cultural distinctions. "Jannat" is also said to find, like all other paradises of the Abrahamic religions, some of it sources in the Pæri Daisa of the Ancient Persians. So far away connection exists between Jannat and Swarglok !

It is therefore inappropriate to use Abrahamic concepts and Abrahamic jargon to describe Hindu lands. You may use Vaikuntam, Kailasam, Swargam, or anything else, but not "heaven" or "jannat", as it significantly contributes towards colonizing Hindu lands.

true, There was no money in k, infact the taxes collected from other states were given to k, they used to get free high quality ration and other facilities no one used to work there, people who wanted work had no jobs cause of dictatorship of two families, they used to pelt stone for living, now look at the investment only thing left is to work like rest of indians. before there was genocide of natives comitted by pak funded extremists, now street violence, hartals have stopped. Now people are free to lead life as they wish.The Sabha passed the over ₹1.18 lakh crore budget for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for 2023-24 amid din with 35% capital expenditure at ₹41,491 crore to be spent on development and infrastructure. Rs 1.18 lakh crore for fiscal 2024-25. But still Modi wants to serve kashmir.

This is the start of trashing Kashmir's natural beauty. Kashmir is beginning to see random constructions & mass scale tourism. Large trees are being cut & trash can be seen left behind by tourists in open areas . There is an urgent need for detailed plans & Stringent rules n regulations to protect & preserve Kashmir's natural beauty.. Leh is already facing a massive issue of plastic trash thats mostly a result of increasing tourism & rapid commercialization of the local economy
