from where are the scenes of yasusada's trip, kiyomitsu crying in the tree and them reuniting?

It's been a long time since we watched it so we can't pinpoint specific episodes, but we believe the trip stuff happens towards the beginning of season two and the other stuff happens within the last four episodes of season two. Hope this helps at least somewhat
