Nah, the alternative art/name for this card is "Noa, Eagle Bearer" from the Kingdom of the planet of the apes movie 😂

Let's be honest, she just reads "Kaldra Compleat draws cards now" to me.

First interaction I noticed is that her second ability will trigger twice with double-strike... Which her spear gives her. But I do think her first ability is just a biiit too weak to be top tier. If the spear came in equipped to her, it'd be glorious.

I agree, though I dont think it'll be too hard to circumvent. Puresteel paladin, Sigarda's aid, and the like are shoe-ins for this type of deck already, given the amount of equipment and targets you'll likely be running. I especially like Hammer of Nazahn, since it's a legendary equipment on top of the Aid mechanic.

Might be a smidge too powerful to get to pay 3 mana to play her, search for an equipment, attach it to her, then attack with her on the same turn (she has haste), and draw two cards. Yes, she has to connect, but I feel like there should be _some_ hoops to jump through still. She'd be more powerful, but I think putting the spear on the battlefield from your library for free is still great value. There are also 34 equipments with her color identity in Magic at the time of writing. Not all are relevant, but enough are to the point where she's still a good commander.

Feels good for like an artifact aggro deck. Would probably still run some equipment support but there are better pure equipment decks. Her best upside is actually that everything works without her being the equipee so she can be your commander and you toss the spear over on goblin gavaleer or some other beater. Its nice that it can play the spear from grave as that makes it a free discard for all of the good boros looting spells. Probably would plan on her being the turn 5 drop so you can immediately toss the spear on something for the horse and then double strike therafter.
