Never ever try this ..I got severe lower back pain after this ... instead of doing on machine, kind take a bowl of kansa and rub on foot

How can you make a statement like never ever try this... Severe back pain because of this is a very scenario and you have no proof that it is because of Kansya Thali. I agree there is discomfort at times because it is your body detoxifies and everybody reacts differently :) If you have felt discomfort because of Kansya Thali then I am sure it's going to be temporary. Otherwise, it's definitely some other problem.
