To get the new Halloween crates you have to be playing the murder mode and be playing on the hospital map. Crates will rarely drop when someone dies but they will drop. You can also get crates by collecting halloween tokens. These are in every map for the murder game mode. You have to collect 24 of them to get a crate. I have heard they are kind of hard to find but you can find them. This is all the intel I have on how to obtain the crates.
