I very much doubt that Christopher Reeve is in heaven and will teach us all how to fly as his religious belief came from the UUC or Unitarian Universalist Church. It is the theological doctrine that all souls will ultimately be saved and that there is no such thing as hell. Universalism also denies that there is any such thing as miracles and reject any reference to them in Scripture.
