Great video as always, guys. Bought the sample set & must say - Katana's no joke! I agree they're a bit raw & wild, but that's part of the fun. They deliver exactly what they claim: Zero compromise. Real oud lovers should check them out + I can't imagine how well they'll age at this potency.

I ordered the original formula (there's a story behind it) of Santal Segar, phenomenal stuff 😍. The fact that these are 100% natural is a real tribute to the perfumer. I enjoyed Fleur de Oud a lot too.

@@WaftsfromTheLoft Well, apparently, the formula for the original was lost. The new one is still great but the original was out of this world. I think Arabian Perfumes may still have another bottle of the original if you contact them.

Orange Cordoue reminded me of baptême du feu from Serge Lutens, Santal segar of santal blanc (but is a massive improvement, too bad it doesn’t perform well on my skin), oud damascena is close to the night from Malle, and fleur de oud reminded me, as you, of l’heure exquise from Bortnikoff. Really interesting but high prices kept me from pulling the trigger on a full bottle
