You go for all in's / long fights and extended trades. Electrocute is better against champs you cant fight for long. First strike also isnt a bad option instead of electrocute if you wanna farm gold. It also depends on their team cuz conq gives you more sustain

Conqueror is much better for long fights, electrocute is better for short trades and one shot squeeshy champs Conqueror is safer most games cuz electrocute into tank comps is useless and has really good sinergy woth Sunderer as first item. Electrocute is mainly for full ap builds
