Believe it or not, this concert is what started me listening to Katatonia. I had heard of them before but had never stopped to listen to them until i stumbled across the Blu-ray of this concert and bought it on a whim. I watched it and was pretty much instantly hooked.

Saw a Loudwire video of vocalists who were great screamers as well as clean singers. It showed the performance of Day from this session when Jonas' name popped up in the list. I then found one of their album covers was used in a lyric video I used to watch a lot. That's how I found out about them.

Sometimes it’s simply too much to come back to this set. Too many emotions, too many memories tied to the lyrics. Never have I seen a band able to convey such a strong emotional reaction out of folks. It’s beautifully devastating.

These guys always remind me of existence in the 90s, the world metal scene was alive and Katatonia were always part of that. I remember driving my Datsun 120Y listening on repeat on my journeys to and from Melbourne, was always hoping I’d see them in Melbourne in those days as we had heaps of European metal bands playing around Melbourne city. Always nostalgic for me to listen to these guys over the course of all their albums from the 90s until now. Legends

You are welcome. This was an amazing concert. I wasn't there either so don't feel too bad. But this concert introduced me to them so it holds a dear place in my heart. Day was the song they did a rendition of on here and it was featured in a Top Ten video and I was like I am gonna give this a go and I love it. Tonight's Decision is my favorite album by them.

Same. I wouldn't mind actually having the band release an album and then release a Sanctitude version of the album. Every album will have its own Sanctitude version. This concert was just so surreal. It deserves to live on with more of a legacy and a lasting effect.
