As if I couldn't ship them more than I already do! I love how respectful Lucy is being about Kate's boundaries and how in turn, it made Kate feel safe enough to be more than a hidden couple. Also, I am glad more shows are respecting the boundaries of LGBTQ+ people instead of treating it like it is evil to be in the closet or that you should be pressured to come out. Too often, it is seen as not meeting the standards or not truly being queer unless you are fully out, but sexual identity and orientation are not choices. They do not happen solely when society says they do. I appreciate how this ship shows Lucy struggling but ultimately caring for Kate enough to give her the time and space she needed and now Kate is getting more comfortable in her own skin. No one can force you out of the closet and if they do, they aren't the right person for you. Glad to see that Lucy is the right person for Kate.

100% agree with you! I'm so tired of seeing characters get forced out of the closet. It really isn't asking too much to have some patience, and if it feels like it is too much than you're in the wrong relationship. No need to shame someone for being nervous about being openly queer.

I think you read this all wrong….Kate is not afraid to be out of the closet….she does not want them to be known as a couple a work because it can have consequences at work. To Kate work is top priority and she is highly practical and ethical, so she cannot have a look of impropriety.

Love to see how they’re figuring things out and trying to makes things work, they like each other so much they’re willing to compromise and meet each other halfway. It’s nice seeing Kate getting more comfortable, I loved how Lucy brings out this more soft side of her. They’re falling hard for each other and I’m here for it, can’t wait to see how their story progress

The way Kate smiles at Lucy and is so soft with her is everything. You can see it with Lucy too, but when you see how Kate responds to her touch and smile, it is so cute.

I love that lucy was patience with and make kate feel seen and respected her enough to wait till kate was ready to go out with her in public and be seen and that kate was comfortable enough to want to take that next step in there relationship and how happy it made lucy feel knowing that kate ready to be seen out together
