This just show how complicated Kate and Mary's family relationship is. The one thing I don't understand is that Kate could've bonded with Mary,their bond would've been more like a big/little sister one not the fraternal twin bond that Kate and Beth had due to the fact that Kate is a bit older than Mary anyway. Plus if Kate told Mary about Beth,it would've made Mary want to meet her and get know her
