@seventyfive4169 yes I did and thank you inordinately It was super awesome Only a shame that Kate can't do reissues on this level of freshness yet faithfulness to the original She came close when she released Director's Cut , but it was kind of filled with material from Red Shoes onward and totally neglected all her really killer first 4 albums material I would like to think you are actually doing these either with her input or are secretly Kate herself, since she reportedly has an insanely complex home studio

@@Merylstreep1949 Kate doesn't seem vey enamoured of her first four albums, which is a shame as they were better in my opinion: before HOL and the bizarre cult of stateliness that built up around her. Her first albums were playful and her accompanying videos and TV appearances hilarious. These extended mixes are superb, so much better than anything on Director's Cut, which sounded like it had been recorded from the bottom of a paper bag, complex studio or not. The person making these has superior talent to Kate in my opinion, after listening to the engineering on the original Sensual World and Red Shoes, she didn't have a clue.

@@millietanner56 Oh thank god, someone who hates DC as much as I do. It sound airless and bland to me for the most part. I agree some of her best work is on those early albums. Pains me she always speaks so badly of them. I think TKI far outranks TRS, for example, in freshness and originality and sheer beauty.

I humbly suggest that when you do Red Shoes, it would be heavy done a 15 or 20 minute dance mix all smashed up with Rubberband Girl, in the fashion you seamlessly blended the two very different versions of Infant Kiss Mrs Bartolozzi would also be suggested as a stand alone and a mash up with another very theatrical song such as Breathing or Cloudbusting or even Experiment 4

Thanks for the suggestions, Chris! If you're referring to the song: I have already done The Red Shoes. At some point, I might do a mash-up or dance mix with different tracks, but for the time being, I'll stick with the kind of remixes I have been doing here.

So very playful. Like what the song was asking for. I have always liked the idea for this track but was not so happy with its execution. This version suits the atmosphere so much more! Like the video did.
