It’s unfortunately not the original because the original orchestra was done specially for Season 4 during the final moment and the Vecna and Max scene. It’s a damn good copy.

This scene spoke to me, I remember when I first saw it I was recovering from an overdose and almost died the day before, so seeing this scene had impacted me so much emotionally, I felt like the evil guy was my addiction speaking to me and that I was trapped. Now this song makes me fight so much harder when I feel it come sometimes, I think about my family and how things used to be regular and I want things to be normal again, so I fight that much more harder when I hear this.

Edit: Okay apparently this is the official version I just thought the mixing was weird with how it got super loud at the end, but I guess that's how it is. Anyways I found this channel that seems to have leaked all 4 of Rob Simonsen's arrangements. @@Kobob_KC While I don't think that this is a fan-made version of the song, nor do I think that the song sounds bad towards the end, I do believe that it is important to have a bit of skepticism with these sorts of things. You do make a valid point about Rob Simonsen's lack of acknowledgement about this song, so perhaps it is a fake. Still, I do enjoy this mix a bit more than other recreations I found.
