Yeah, I have a little more respect for Mrs Moss. Despite not being a couple with Johnny anymore and moved on from him, she knows not to make him look bad. She's not petty and narcissistic like Amber. She's in love with Jonnny still. Most women who dated him still are. Anyway, *NO ONE KNEW THAT she wasn't pushed down the stairs at the time.* That should've been Clarified the moment it was put out there back in the day. *He lied about his finger being broken by her when it was Self-inflicted* but the witnesses were not called into Court to testify on Amber Heard's defense. *Key Documents that support her defense were also suppressed* from being presented in Court. *This is Truly a One-Sided Trial to support Johnny Depp.* He got good Lawyers and PR team to smear her all over the internet including KZbin and her Lawyer & Team Sucked. Following this case, one thing stands out is how everyone from Johnny's side is always so mature, calm, logical and rational while Amber's side is exact opposite. All the overzealous, baseless, running off the tangent makes it hard to even listen to her side, let alone judge. Good luck to the jury.

I loved that Amber claimed Kate Moss, one of the most famous models in the world, crawled out of the woodwork to support Johnny. Amber raised her name, she mentioned Kate Moss as a victim of him. So she opened the door for his lawyers to call her and ask her to clarify it. It’s like Amber thinks she can name someone in court and that they crawl out to give their side of the claims. All of his previous partners said he isn’t what Amber has made him out to be. So in 3 minutes Kate just said, he went out first so just by that how did he push her down when he was below her? It is hilarious that Amber seems think she is a bigger “star” than Kate, considering that Dior stated in 2019 that if any designer got her to walk the catwalk in bright pink trousers with green top and a bin bag they’d sell out of bin bags within a few hours. That’s how big a draw Kate is just by turning up.

How on earth did Amber think she could get away with creating a story about Johnny pushing Kate down the stairs when he did not, did she think Kate would back her up? Did she start to believe in her own lies? Bravo to Kate Moss for coming in to testify and standing up for Johnny. It shows she has no animosity toward him after they broke up. I'm trying my best to stay neutral but the longer this goes on the more obvious it becomes that there is something very wrong with Amber Heard.

I believe there was an understanding that Moss wouldn't be allowed as a witness during early proceedings, but at some stage the door was opened to call Moss for testimony. Before Amber's story couldn't be challenged because it would have been hearsay, but when Moss became available as a witness that situation changed dramatically and her testimony blows Amber's narrative apart.

The fact that Kate Moss testified on behalf of Johnny, explains Ben and Johnny's reaction to Amber mentioning Kate Moss previously. They knew her mention of Kate on the stairs would be disproved. The only logical reason i see, as someone who is admittedly not a legal professional, for them to not do this is that her saying she'd never been assaulted doesn't fit the "He's an abuser" narrative they're trying to tell.

The most concise yet powerful 3 minutes I’ve seen. Johnny’s team later calls JD himself up to the stand to confirm this story and to confirm these are the details he once shared with AH. once confirmed, this sheds light on the fact that there were never any rumors of JD pushing KM down the stairs. In fact, AH heard the story from JD himself and twisted it, falsified it, and lied about it. So if she did so, that means her entire scenario of the stair incident is a lie. And if that while scenario is a lie, then she loses credibility on all other accusations she’s made up, twisted, falsified and lied about. BOOM!

Kate Moss's testimonial on the stand was an absolute delight. The few minutes that she testified in court entirely obliterated all of AH's claims about Kate and Johnny. Through this moment in court, we could see how much Johnny's ex-wife was seething. Same thing with her lawyers. All of them did not expect to see this woman defending Johnny and denouncing all of AH's claims as BS. To this moment, Kate Moss absolutely wowed me. Thanks to her, and the cameras in court, everyone from the public to the Press have to admit that Kate Moss loves Johnny, that she defens him, and that anybody who claims anything about her this man don't know what they are talking about. Devastating testimony against Amber Herd. Johnny's actions were the very opposite of an abusive personality. In the four years they were together Depp had clearly not shown any abusive tendencies otherwise if he had she would have testified against him not used any time or energy to defend him. The very fact that Kate Moss had the intention and motivation to support Depp speaks volumes in itself. As Moss stated; she had never once in her life ever been a witness is. court case.

She has had barely any 'evidence' and yet still attempts to say he 'broke' her nose and it magically healed for makeup the next day which, is not possible even with ice if its a fracture. She's running around in circles and was even warned if she lied again she would be committed for Perjury. There are almost no directions for her to go that haven't been debunked or held with lack of evidence. I'm sorry but it speaks volumes where basically all of Johnny's exes are willingly coming to court and saying he did nothing to them when only Ambers ex's Elon and James who werent there are with her. While I agree no one should believe someone just because they like them but at some point you have to look at the evidence and say thats a good bit suspicious.

I love that little laugh she has at about 2:22, which seems a polite way of indicating that the very idea of Mr Depp throwing her down the stairs, or indeed having assaulted her, is absolutely preposterous. Nicely done, Ms Moss; nicely done

I love how clear and simple the testimony was, they were in a romantic relationship, the day of the incident that is discussed he walked out before she, she fell because of the rain, she was in pain and he got back to help her, he never pushed her on the stairs, kicked her or physically harmed her... Simple, no drama, no making faces, rolling eyes or acting weird and confused when questions are put on the table and you can't remember the script!

I love when lies are confronted head on. Vile woman: "I just immediately thought of Kate Moss and stairs, and I swung at him" Kate Moss: "As I left the room, I slid down the stairs and I hurt my back, and I screamed....He came running to me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention"

I love that little smile she gives and how her face lights up a bit when answering that she knows Johnny. She's pretty stone faced during this but she couldn't hide that.

she probably was during the love bombing phase. she really fooled him into thinking she was a different person in the beginning from the texts we've seen. and he thought he could get that person back if he tried, but she was never real to begin with.

I am so glad Kate Moss agreed to testify, she destroyed Amber's lie in a few minutes, I wish the lawyer would have asked her if she ever experienced any violence from Johnny in the years there were together, to I am sure she would have said no.

She could only state evidence that the defense came up as she was a rebuttal witness. There are limitations on such witness as the defense won't know they would be called before the trial started. The judge had a restriction where no person who had a relationship with either side, except for delegating couple, could testify for or against either one.
