No, what makes you think that? There's no indication that Kate is bi. She told Lucy that her mother never gave up hope on her getting married (and she just was 17 not 37, so she probably had a girlfriend when she was in school - 17 is not the age to never give up hope, she just started her life as a woman), we only know about her girlfriend Cara (but nothing about a boyfriend) and there was never any doubt about her love for Lucy. Plus: up to ep. 5,S3 some people thought she wouldt get together with Kai, that did not happen either... If the relationship breaks down (if Al Bustami leaves f.e.), she will have a new girlfriend, who may be running on the side, just like everyone else in the show.
