I have no shame in saying.. I just cried my eyeballs out. I think it is amazing that she is going and doing amazing things, and helping people. It is amazing feeling to be able to help out no matter what you are doing. I was apart of a leadership class at my school, and I sighned up for every volenteer opportunity that was offered to us. I think Kate is an amazing woman for going and helping these children, and family's. It really opens your eyes, and makes you want to go out there and volunteer. An amazing, beautiful woman Kate is.

Hi Kate Walsh, My name is Claire and I am 14. I have a cleft lip AND pallet. I have had over 20 surgeries on my mouth alone and have had orthodontic equipment in my mouth since I was hardly two years old. This winter I am have I HUGE surgery on my whole jaw, teeth, and nose area. I am hoping that this might be close to the end of my cleft lip and pallet journey. My goal is to have a perfect smile and to be an actress when I am older. You have no idea how much of an inspiration you are to me with being an actress and a supporter of operation smile. I know your super busy with everything but we should definitely talk through email sometime and if you have any questions about my condition feel free to ask. Keep inspiring people especially me. :)
