Good morning Kate. Congratulations ! I am at 82-year-old woman from St. John’s Newfoundland Canada. You’ve probably never heard of this province not many people in the states have. I have been following you from the beginning. I have enjoyed every bit of it. I am a watercolour Artist myself and I really enjoyed how you presented the scenery. You’ve done an excellent job both with that hike and with your videos. I hope I see you again in the future doing some more fantastic hikes or for that matter whatever you want to do. I can't tell you as a hiker how much respect I have for anyone who actually finishes the entire trail, and not just finishes but hiking long stretches of the trail by yourself wow! Hi again KATE! So special to get to see you cross into Canada after your remarkable and most awesome journey! Just a quick trip to Canada huh lol!! What a stellar one for this great day with the veil of clouds lifting and exposing a ridge of peaks I think unlike any other. So majestic and blue sky with sun shining besides. A bit hairy a couple times snd yes perfect for avalanches. Been in areas like that in Colorado and when they break they go like a freightrain. Not to be for your most perfect finish! Know you will have good fun on horseback finishing that small stretch. As I mentioned you'll hear from me by letter now knowing of your love of horses. That jaunt can only add to more special memories of your finish. Hoping by now you might have heard from IBTAT to learn of the nasty tough last miles of his hike. Wow it got pretty brutal with all the snow and conditions! Watching that I thought of you and truly was relieved you weren't there. Things do work out the way they're supposed to and that was especially good because you hadn't been feeling well. So looking forward to seeing that horsey trip and all you're busy with. I especially admire your art work as it's really lovely. Artsy and horsey and other critters to the max in many disciplines along my life also. All such special gifts for us to enjoy. You are truly a lovely human doing amazing things and accomplishing a breathtaking goal known only to but a few of many! Thx again for sharing as it's truly been an experience of a lifetime even as a viewer that never would have happened without your generosity.
