When I first saw this house, I thought you did a great job creating an abandoned villa. I wanted to play in it, but I felt a little guilty about modernizing your beautiful build. But now that I've watched you do it, I will create a distantly related Ravenwood family who inherited this house and fix it up and move them in. I won't, however, fix everything. Old villas like this are in constant need of repair so most of it will be fixed but, there will still be an issue here or there. There will be a grandfather who is a ghost historian and his son, a Grimtern and his three boys, twin teens and a child. The women in this family don't fair very well. I may create a grandmother and daughter-in-law as ghosts and bury them in the back yard. So many possibilities. Thanks!

Such a great lot! Perfect for the kinds of over-the-top melodramatic storytelling I like to do in the Sims. This video gave me an idea for you sometime if you’d like: It’d be cool to see you do remodels of lots or new builds themed for different decades. A 20s home, 50s home, 80s home etc. I’d also like to see you try an over-the-top worst of HGTV anachronistic home remodel. Knock down structurally significant walls, lay down laminate over some antique hardwood and make everything gray! It might be torture, but I think it would be fun to watch. 😅

Hey Kate, can you PLEASE make the Spencer Mansion from Resident Evil 1? Look up videos of Resident Evil 1 Remake and you'll get a wonderful view of what the Spencer Mansion looks like. It's an absolutely beautiful home - my favorite room is the dining room. I hope you see this but not getting my hopes up due to how many comments there are lol
