Hair is great! Great video. That smoothie looked tasty and so healthy. I need to note down the ingredients as I actually do need more ginger for my weak immune system. That salad 🤩 I reckon will change my life. What a good easy seasoning I never thought to use and I've had soy sauce in back of.my cupboard for a while now as I tend to use it for stir fries or if I make my traditional Chinese dishes but this is a nice twist. And thank you your positive energy and inspirations kate. I can't imagine that day if I ever bumped into you in london 🤣 x
