Do you have to read the books in order? I just bought the second on audio and really want to jump in, but I still need to read the first one! (I do much better with audiobooks than physically reading because of my ADHD, which is the only reason I haven't read the first one! I bought it ages ago on Kindle.)

No, you did not need to read the books in order. From what I can understand, you can just read this book and it will make sense. I think I have heard Katie say that you can read this second book first and then go back and read the first one. They are both stand-alones apparently. I hope that helps!

I am so glad you shared with us. I am just starting my writing journey. I would be interested to know how much this self-published book costs. It is impressive that you hired an audiobook recording. This video is expanding my understanding of what is possible with self-publishing. Hi Katie! I have waited soooooooooo much for this video and for this day...I have just purchesed the book today and I am already almost halfway through! I think that it would be really cool to do some writing livestreams (knowing the fact that camp NaNo is aproapching really fast) beacuse I find them very helpful!
