Apologies for the delay but after a lot of consideration, I decided to share a full day of eating on a bulk with you. Remember, this video is just my approach to bulking on this day -it’s not a one-size-fits-all. Your nutrition should align with your own goals and lifestyle and every body has different needs. If you’re curious about anything I didn’t cover or want tips, drop your questions below - I’ll do my best to answer! When I was your age, I was very confused. I could not make a definite decision about my career, I was not sure what I wanted to become. And years later, I have learned this. It does not really matter what you do, as long as there is balance in your life and you enjoy your life overall. There will always be problems in our lives, always. We just need to learn to accept it and move on to the best of our abilities at that time and not to worry too much. As we age, our abilities improve and we become calmer and more confident. Everyone has a life purpose, so the life is not always about what we want, but about what we are destined to do. To fulfill this purpose, we need to love ourselves first.

I’m also in a weight gaining phase right now and for me avocado and nuts are life savers! Especially towards the end of the day when my hunger isn’t that big. I usually finish my day with a seed bread with avocado on! Easy to make high calorie but not that filling 🥑🍞 Really appreciate that you share all this

I really love your videos and the vibe of denmark so much. And you can do it :) I am going to share a little bit of my personal story now, so if you feel uncomfortable with it, please do not read it! (I can also delete my comment) I struggled with an ED for seven years, all over my youth and I never believed I could be free of the pressure i put on my exercise, my food and also my grades etc. I completly stopped counting calories, measuring my weight, stopped counting my steps and also took a long break from exercise. Now I am actually at a point, where those thoughts are gone - which I thought would never happen. Every story is different, but I just wanted to tell you, it is possible to leave it all behind and feel free. 🤗🌟

Hi, I'm 23 years old and I also run marathons. In the morning, I eat porridge with yogurt and a rice cake with jam... your breakfast is really amazing!.. From Ita

So awesome and nice to have you sharing the bulking journey! 🔥 Currently trying to do a mini bulk and to build some muscle while I’m injured, so the inspiration is so needed 😊 Having been through an ED myself, and still struggling a lot with the thought of gaining weight, it’s super nice to have content like this from someone who has been through those same things, so huge thanks to you for sharing 🙏

okay ill be honest right now... I have the literal opposite. I need to stop eating all the time. I just want lose some additional fat, just like a few kilos. seeing ur content is my comfort but so strange because you have the opposite mindset as I do. I binge eat a lot then I hate myself.. its a whole circle, but I should never starve myself. I know is is very sensitive topic and I am NOT SAYING that neither this or that is correct. It is just so interesting to see others fight the opposite as me. However, keep going Kath I love youuuuu you got this!!

Great you have goals! However I think it would be easier for you to focus on one thing at a time. The goals you have kind of collide; To bulk and gain weight/strength at the same time as training for a marathon is really hard. I think you have a much better chance to succeed if you choose one thing and focus on that for a longer period of time. If you want to do all at the same time you could get help from a registered dietitian specialized in sports nutrition to make sure you get all the right nutrients and energy for the high volume of training you want to do.
