You can use Newgrounds Player to play Plazma Burst 2 but multiplayer won't work, i'm 100% sure Eric Gurt uploaded the game to Newgrounds and you can still play it in NG's launcher.

Ikr, we've all been waiting since like 2013/14 lol. I stopped playing the game in 2016, played a few times between then and now.. and the hype for 2.5/3 is still in my mind, as it is for all pb2 players.
